The Owner of All
Meaning of Malik-al-Mulk
The One who is the eternal owner of all sovereignty and dominion. All kingdoms, authority, and power belong to Him, and He grants sovereignty to whom He wills and takes it away from whom He wills.
Malik-al-Mulk in the Quran
Mentioned once in the Quran: \'Say, O Allah, Owner of Sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will and You take sovereignty away from whom You will\' (3:26).
