The Trustee

Meaning of Al-Wakil

The One who is the ultimate trustee and disposer of affairs, upon whom we can rely completely. He manages all affairs with perfect wisdom and care, and we can entrust all our concerns to Him.

Benefits of Reciting Al-Wakil

  • Is the foundation of 'Tawakkul' (trust and reliance on Allah), which frees the heart from anxiety and worry about the future.
  • Provides immense mental and emotional peace, as one hands over their burdens to the One who is most capable of managing them.
  • Reciting 'Hasbunallahu wa ni'mal Wakil' (Allah is Sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs) is a powerful tool against fear and distress.
